Hurricane center increases odds of cyclone formation for system east of Florida; continues to monitor system near Africa

In a Thursday evening update, the National Hurricane Center said a low-pressure system currently located hundreds of miles southeast of Bermuda now has a 40% chance of cyclone formation through the next five days; meanwhile, the organization is concurrently tracking another system currently located northeast of the Canary Islands.
