Ormond Beach man shot, killed in confrontation with friend, Volusia sheriff’s office says

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as 34-year-old William Bay of Ormond Beach. The shooter, Bay's friend, told detectives "he was in fear for his life and his wife’s [life]."
