St. Cloud cop won’t face charges in killing of man suspected of stabbing 9-year-old

The St. Cloud police officer who killed a man suspected of brutally stabbing a 9-year-old won’t face charges following a months-long investigation by state authorities and a review by the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office.
