Police arrested Shantaua Williams on murder and child abuse charges Wednesday following an investigation into 5-year-old Justice Washington's death. Bruises, scrapes, cuts and bite marks on the girl’s body, all in various stages of healing, suggested evidence of foul play and negligence, according to the police report.
