Tropical Depression 10 weakens, 2nd disturbance moving west increases odds in mid Atlantic

Tropical Depression 10 lost some of its strength Saturday afternoon as it moved toward the Cabo Verde Islands, where as the tropical wave in the mid Atlantic improved its odds of development.
