Armed robbery suspect prompted Central Avenue Elementary lockdown

An armed man who was running away after stealing a cell phone prompted the lockdown at Central Avenue Elementary School Tuesday afternoon after he climbed a chain-linked fence onto school property, according to an arrest affidavit.
