Kenneth Harrelson was arrested Wednesday in Brevard County, said Amy Filjones, a spokeswoman for the U.S Attorney’s Office said. Harrelson is facing charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States, harassment of a witness and entering restricted government property or grounds, records show. Documents laying out the allegations against him were not available. He has a court appearance at the federal courthouse in downtown Orlando scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
