Jonathan Munafo had his first appearance in front of a federal judge in the Middle District of Florida on Monday and was ordered to jail, the U.S. Justice Department said. His charges include forcibly assaulting an officer of the U.S. government and engaging in an act of physical violence against person/property on restricted grounds while using a dangerous weapon.
