‘Malibu Rapist’ to face charges in 15 cold cases, Orlando cops say

George Girtman, better known as the Malibu Rapist who terrorized a west Orlando neighborhood in the late 80s and early 90s, is facing charges in 15 more sexual battery cold cases, an Orlando police spokesperson said.
