Claudette re-strengthens into tropical storm; hurricane center spots new wave in Atlantic

Claudette re-strengthened into a tropical storm Monday morning before pummeling North Carolina with rain, as the National Hurricane Center also identified a tropical wave with the potential to become the next named storm of the year.
