Tampa, St. Pete prep for possible Hurricane Elsa

The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Elsa is strengthening and could became a hurricane before making landfall along Florida’s Gulf coast. A hurricane watch has been issued for Florida west coast, including Tampa and St. Pete.
