Hurricane Ida aims for inland Louisiana as a Category 3 storm, NHC says

Hurricane Ida, which downgraded into a Category 3 storm Sunday night, is moving further into Louisiana as it continues producing flash floods and extreme wind gusts, according to the National Hurricane Center.
