Attorneys for man slain by Orange sheriff’s deputy say body cam shows he was no threat

After reviewing the body-worn camera footage released Tuesday night, the attorneys who represent Salaythis Melvin, the 22-year-old man shot to death by an Orange County sheriff’s deputy, said he posed no threat to the deputy.
