Tropical Depression 13 still projected to target Florida as hurricane; TD 14 eyes Mexico, Texas

Tropical Depression 13 continues its journey toward Florida and could make landfall south of Miami as a Category 1 hurricane early next week, though it’s early and the forecast could change, the National Hurricane Center said in its 5 p.m. update.
