Despite COVID, paid sick time for service workers hasn’t grown much, survey says

The Shift Project, which has been surveying workers since 2017 through targeted social media advertisements, found 49% of service workers reported having paid sick leave in the fall of 2021. That figure was at 48% in the years before the pandemic.
