Tropical Storm Laura expected to grow, leaving Florida Keys with less breathing room, TS Marco shrinks while approaching Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Laura is predicted to become the fourth hurricane of 2020 Tuesday while Tropical Storm Marco is expected to downgrade to a tropical depression Monday night, according to the National Hurricane Center.
