According to FDLE Orange deputy Brian Calkins gave Phillip Donaldson, who at the time was with the Volusia sheriff’s office, two guns he said he received from his cousin. Calkins asked Donaldson to get rid of the weapons, but Donaldson later found out one of them was stolen, FDLE said.
