Child dead after being found in apartment of woman who nearly drowned in lake, deputies say

After a woman was rescued from Lake Tyler after nearly drowning Wednesday afternoon, deputies later found an unresponsive child in her apartment, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said. The child later died.
