Hurricane center: Caribbean system’s chance of development rises to 60%

The tropics remain quiet Tuesday evening, but the National Hurricane Center is expecting an area of pressure to emerge in the next five days and has a 60% chance of becoming the next tropical depression or tropical storm of 2020.
