Delta becomes post-tropical cyclone issuing heavy rain, high gusts over Appalachian Region

After weakening to a tropical storm overnight, Delta becomes a post-tropical cyclone as it continued pushing inland past Mississippi further into the Appalachian Region on Saturday evening, the Weather Prediction Center said.
