Nearly 16,000 Florida residents have died from coronavirus as total infections top 755,000

From Sunday to Sunday, Florida saw 20,529 new cases, 1,129 newly reported hospitalizations, and 603 newly reported deaths in state health department data. To date, 755,020 people have been infected statewide, and 15,967 residents have died.
