Days after an executive order revealed Orange County Circuit Judge Alan Apte has been accused of lewd molestation, few details have emerged about the investigation or the allegation.Apte remains on the bench in the circuit’s probate, guardianship and mental health division, though he is currently on a two-week vacation, according to Karen Connolly Levey, a spokeswoman for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
