Florida coronavirus resident death toll at 16,890; 3rd day with more than 4k cases

Florida’s resident death toll from coronavirus rose to 16,890 with the addition of 56 more reported fatalities while the state added 4,637 more positive cases of COVID-19 for a total to date of 816,700.
