Lake County inmate with pneumonia dies; unclear if death COVID-19 related, Sheriff’s Office says

A 39-year-old inmate of the Lake County jail died at a hospital Monday after falling ill with pneumonia, though it’s unclear whether his death was COVID-19 related, a spokesman for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said.
