Tropical Storm Iota strengthens, aims for storm-ravaged Central America as a major hurricane, NHC says

Tropical Storm Iota is expected to become a major Category 3 hurricane by the time it approaches Central America. Iota is following a path similar to Eta, which battered the same area as a Category 4 storm.
