Two arrested after motorcyclist dies in hit-and-run crash near UCF

A 27-year-old Orlando woman died early Friday when her motorcycle was involved in a three-vehicle crash in which the driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene on foot, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
